WHAT IS HEART DISEASE | SYMPTOMS AND CAUSES OF HEART DISEASE

Heart disease or cardiopathy is an umbrella term for a variety of diseases affecting the heart. As of 2007, it is the leading cause of death in the United States, England, Canada and Wales, accounting for 25.4% of the total deaths in the United States.
It has following Types:
  • Coronary heart disease
  • Cardiomyopathy
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Ischaemic heart disease
  • Heart failure
  • Hypertensive heart disease
  • Inflammatory heart disease
  • Valvular heart disease  
SYMPTOMS OF HEART DISEASE:
  • Chest pain
  • Breathing problems
  • Excessive sweating
  • Irregular heartbeat
CAUSES OF HEART DISEASE:
  • Obesity
  • High blood cholesterol levels
  • Lack of exercise
  • Diabetes
  • Excessive alcohol consumption
  • Stress and worries
